Exhibitor / Vendor (E/V) Contract Agreement

Exhibitor/Vendor agrees to terms of contract agreement to participate, exhibit, or conduct business at the Greater Pittsburgh Guitar Show. or Everything Rock and Roll Expo

ATTENTION VENDORS : Empty exhibitor tables are not permitted . All tables must have product on display. 

Buyers: Sharking the front entry is not permitted.

Show Date Sunday October 27th CFS Bank Event Center

                                         Belle Vernon, Pa. 

Smoking : Printscape Arena and CFS Bank Center are Non Smoking Venues. Smoking in prohibited anywhere in the Arena and anywhere within the Printscape grounds or CFS Bank Center and grounds.

Liability: Exhibitor/Vendor agrees to provide proper insurance or be responsible for their employees, helpers, equipment and displays. E/V agrees not to hold the Greater Pittsburgh Guitar Show, Everything Rock and Roll Expo,Show Promoter, or The Printscape Arena or CFS Bank Center (The Venues) liable for any harm, loss or damage that may occur to employees, helpers, equipment or displays.

Test Drives : E/V agrees to limit testing of equipment with amplifiers to a 5 minute maximum. Please be conscientious of volume levels as other vendors will be offering acoustic instruments.

Load In and Set Up Greater Pittsburgh Guitar Show : Load in and set up will start at 9:00 AM. Doors will be open to the public at 11:30AM. The load in bay door opens at 9:00AM for load in and reopens at 4:00 PM for load out.  Please remember to remove vehicles away from loading doc ASAP. Vehicles left unattended will be towed at owner’s expense.

Vehicles are not permitted inside the venue. Vehicles must be left outside for loan in and load out.

Buying and Selling: E/V agrees to Buy and Sell at their designated table space. Please do not snipe people entering the show with instruments to sell or trade. Buying or Selling in the parking area, hallways or entrance ways of the venue is prohibited. 

 Bootleg or Fake Guitars : Chinese brander Gibson/Fender copies are prohibited. Vendors found selling fakes will be terminated from the show with out refund (Strictly Enforced)  

Taxes and Fees : Each Exhibitor/Vendor is responsible for collecting and taxes or fees that may be required. 

Unclaimed Exhibitor Space : Any table or exhibitor space unclaimed by 11:30 AM the day of the event. Promoter reserves the right to reassign or assign the unclaimed space to another vendor. If for any unforeseen circumstances you are not able to arrive before the bay door closes at 11:30 AM as we are then open to the public. Please contact promoter by telephone to make arrangements .

Animals : Animals are not permitted in the venue.  

                                        All Sales are final

       Exhibitor/Vendor agrees to  the above agreement
